Energy Healing and Psychic Reading
A relaxing and deeply opening session using energy transmitted through the spiritual realms to aid you in physical, emotional and spiritual healing. All you have to do is lie back in your own home and let the healing energy work its magic. I work with every chakra individually, helping them to cleanse and balance, and I hone in on places in the body that need extra care such as physical or spiritual wounds.
During the session, I receive messages and information unique to you, through contact with your higher self and any guides and spirits that are around you. In that way, we work in union to bring alignment to your system and help you to embody more of yourself and your energy body. You will be held in a healing portal that allows your body and spirit to let go of what no longer serves you and call in more of what you need in your life.

An intuitive and spiritually-directed guidance session to help you navigate your current journey. We will discuss what is happening in your life that has brought you to the session, what you want to work on and any places that you feel stuck. With the help of Oracle cards and your spirit guides, we will then look for higher meaning and purpose in the unfoldings of your life and how obstacles could be inviting you to learn more about yourself.

The Medicine Dream
Dreams provide healing insight into the life and spirit of the dreamer. However, sometimes we find that we dream less, or that we can't access the wisdom of our dreams so easily.
Using shamanic techniques of active dreaming, I dream on behalf of you; bringing back what can be called a 'Medicine Dream'. This is a symbolic and pictorial representation of your souls calling; giving information and wisdom for your life and the expansion of your spirit. You will receive a recording of me speaking your dream, to be used as a meditation and journeying tool. I will also give an interpretation or understanding of the dream and provide ideas on what actions you could take from the dream to aid your spiritual progress.
The Medicine Dream can assist you in connecting with your deeper purpose, your calling, and bring enlightenment to a situation or issue in your life. It can also help you recover your own Dreaming.

Dream Interpretation
Is a particular dream you have had troubling or interesting you? This could be a recent dream or one from many years ago.
I offer personalised dream interpretation, working closely alongside you to help you determine the healing messages in your dream. We work together, looking at your associations, feelings and intuitions that arise from the dream content, and uncover and decipher the mysteries held within the dream. The session will also help you understand some basics of dream interpretation, leaving you more equipped for the future.
Held within our most compelling dreams are the great lessons and guiding images to help us navigate and excel on our journey through life. They can help us access and align with our souls calling, heal and forgive the past and plan a more aligned future.

A personalised, soul-song recording written, performed and recorded specifically for you. I tune into your energy, connect with your spirit guides and compose a piece based on what I feel is needed at this time. The song can be used for meditations and ceremonies to connect you to your soul and your higher self. The lyrics act as a mantra and affirmation for you to sing along or pray to; inviting in a deeper connection to your fullest being and essence.
The format and instrumentation of each song is individual but includes voice, guitar, percussion, singing bowls and flute.
