Create ritual...

Even if it seems small and insignificant,

Create Ritual.

Sometimes the universe, spirit and my body seem to be calling me to create a moment;

A moment where I can humbly ask for guidance,

And offer my presence in service.

It's almost impossible to decline the invitation.

The body and mind make it so.

These moments allow space for insights and clarity, and to receive downloads about the broader nature of your life and the universe.

Even if just for a short while, you allow yourself a space and time out of 'normal' reality and time,

To connect to the timeless...

Your being will thank you in all ways.

Today I sat with mama cacao and wavy caps... played my sistrum and shamanic drum...
