Dreams teach us about dying

Last night I had some thoughts and feelings come up around death and dying…
Throughout the night, all of my dreams seemed to be giving me guidance on this subject… . . I dreamt that I was with my first spiritual teacher, Ram Dass, as he passed away.
He described the feelings and process to me as I watched his soul exit his mouth like a wisp of energy,
Whilst I repeated the word “Beloved” to him.
…
In another dream, I was on a Pleiadean star ship that resembled a cruise ship.
A friend of mine was performing music and he began to sing “Are You Ready for Love?” By Elton John.
(I learnt this song just after my father passed away, as a tribute to him.)
I went over to my friend and, as I showed him himself in the front facing camera of my phone,
He turned into a Native Indian, like a Mohawk, with two feathers in his hair.
I realised this was an aspect of my father. . . . The earthly mind and ego can create fear and anxiety around death.
But each time we fall asleep, we access a part of ourselves that lives beyond the body.
That travels nightly across time and space.
The more we strengthen our relationship to this part of ourselves,
The more conscious we become in other realms.
This is a sort of training to stay conscious during the transition of death. . . . These dreams remind me that we are not our body, and that death is a deeply spiritual process.
We live simultaneously within death…
We are dying every moment and becoming more of ourselves.
And we are awakening into Love,
Into the heart of the Beloved,
To become our multi-faceted origin of Light. . . . Work with me on the power of your dreams www.georgiapalmer-dreamsongs.co.uk . . Art by Nick Keller
