This is a powerful time to explore dream incubation.

In ancient Greek times, pilgrims would sleep in the temple of Asclepius in hopes of receiving a healing dream from the God.

The Egyptians would go to Saqqara to receive a dream from Osorapis.

The Celts visited land temples, burial mounds and cairns, sleeping close to the ancestors and asking to receive guidance in dreams. . . . We can still use this practice today (and we already do, unconsciously)

The Dreaming Self has access to deep layers of psyche, soul and cosmos,

unearthing wisdom and guidance from beyond daily consciousness.

When we are faced with challenges or trials in life, we can ask our dreams to help us find resolution.

Dreams can also guide us on our spiritual journey,

bringing forth hidden knowledge and insight

About our purpose, our calling and our support. . . . You can take a day to formulate your 'question' or intention; turning it over in your mind and bringing your awareness there.

When you are going to sleep, write the sentence down that you are intending to dream on.

Repeat it as the last thing your mind thinks,

and record your dreams upon waking.

Sometimes the dreams are clear, often they are coloured by complex symbolism and need some work to interpret.

But within your nightly dreams,

contains wisdom that is relevant to this moment.

Ask to remember. . . . Dreamwork sessions available with me;
